RampCap – Focus where it matters
The RampCap is our latest innovation in the field of endoscopic resection and offers more than a traditional spacer cap. The small “ramp” integrated into the cap at the exit of the working channel ensures that the instrument exits more centrally and positions itself better within the endoscope’s field of view. A small hole on the side prevents fluid accumulation in the cap. By creating working distance and visibility during resection, the RampCap supports endoscopic resection procedures, thereby enabling better overview and control.
The RampCap is suitable for supporting all cap-based resection procedures throughout the gastrointestinal tract, offering flexibility for a wide range of indications.
SecureCap – now also available separately
The SecureCap has already proven itself in clinical practice. As an integral part of the FBR Set and remOVE DC Cutter Set, the long, elastic, and transparent retrieval cap is a reliable tool for extracting foreign bodies, food boluses and clip fragments from the gastrointestinal tract. Together with the OTSG Xcavator®, the FBR Set forms our portfolio for safe foreign body removal.
From May onwards, the SecureCap is also available separately in a convenient pack of five, thereby adding even more flexibility to our portfolio in clinical practice. The cap’s flexibility and elasticity allow for gentle insertion into the esophagus, while its generous diameter creates optimal conditions for a complete removal in a single step. Thanks to versatile combination options with other foreign body removal instruments, the SecureCap offers the right solution for every situation.

AWC®duo – 2-in-1 for dynamic resection
The AWC®duo is a 2-in-1 solution for dynamic resection that combines an additional working channel with a flexible, transparent distance cap. The video clearly shows how the AWC®duo runs along the outside of the endoscope and connects to the spacer cap at the distal end. This enables bimanual working and precise triangulation.
