Innovative products for endoscopy: stentFIX and AWC®duo
stentFIX System
The stentFIX System offers an innovative solution for the secure fixation of metal stents (SEMS and LAMS) in the digestive tract. The system has been further developed based on valuable feedback from clinical practice.
Proven features such as the rounded clip, the special cap, and the compact design for flexible fixation of stents with a diameter of 18 mm or more have been retained. These have now been supplemented by improvements already familiar from the OTSC®neo System. A blue application ring provides clear visual confirmation of clip application and prevents twisting during assembly. The enlarged, ergonomically optimized hand wheel offers improved grip and particularly comfortable handling.
These targeted enhancements ensure secure and stable fixation of the stent, preventing stent migration.
AWC®duo
With the AWC®duo, we present the next generation of the Additional Working Channel. The AWC®duo is a targeted further development to better meet the increasing demands of endoscopic resection and allow for greater freedom. With the AWC®duo, you can easily transform your endoscope into a dual-channel device and benefit from the simultaneous use and flexible combination of different instruments. This makes complex procedures such as EMR, ESD, and Hybrid-ESD much easier and opens up new application possibilities. With its attachment clip and flexible, transparent distance cap, the AWC®duo provides greater stability and a good view of the target area. This allows the product to be used effectively by both beginners and experienced users for a wide variety of procedures.

stentFIX – preventing stent migration
The stentFIX System was developed specifically for the special requirements of stent fixation and effectively helps to prevent stent migration. The video shows how the stentFIX clip adapts optimally to the anatomical conditions of the gastrointestinal tract and securely grasps both stent mesh and tissue. This is made possible by the specially designed cap, which supports precise and easy positioning. In addition, the video provides a detailed insight into the sophisticated design of the cap and clip, as well as the distinctive blue application ring, which has recently been added to the stentFIX System.

AWC®duo – 2-in-1 for dynamic resection
The AWC®duo is a 2-in-1 solution for dynamic resection that combines an additional working channel with a flexible, transparent distance cap. The video clearly shows how the AWC®duo runs along the outside of the endoscope and connects to the spacer cap at the distal end. This enables bimanual working and precise triangulation.
