Screening colonoscopy studies are hard to perform in this group because of the rare incidence of&nbsp;<em>CDH1<\/em>&nbsp;mutations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a multicenter cohort of 85 patients, mean age 46.9 years, who underwent colonoscopy, 35.3% had \u22651 adenoma, 10.6% had advanced adenomas, and 5.9% had sessile serrated lesions.
