Surgical procedures for cancer involving the rectum have higher morbidity than colonic resections.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this study from the Australian consortium, the features of large nonpedunculated colorectal polyps in the rectum were compared with those of colonic lesions.
